Joanne Andrews B.Sc – Senior Environmental Consultant
Joanne has a bachelor’s degree in biological science (specialising in botany and zoology) and Graduate certificates in Environmental and Business Management; and River Health.
Joanne is a catchment management and water industry professional with over 15 years’ industry experience, primarily working in the public sector. She has strong leadership and project management skills and specialises in strategic planning, large and site scale planning and delivery of integrated environmental projects and collaborating with others to optimise outcomes.
Joanne focuses on providing quality services to clients and uses her knowledge and experience of the water industry to consistently apply comprehensive, relevant and current thinking to the projects she delivers.
Joanne provides a unique blend of strategic and onground thinking, with extensive experience in leading teams to deliver onground change, whilst also working in a strategic capacity to lead holistic strategic planning projects.
Joanne has worked in Gippsland and Melbourne, and is currently a Board member of the Gippsland Coastal Board.
Joanne is a past President of the River Basin Management Society and has previously worked at Gunaikurnai Land and Waters Aboriginal Corporation, Melbourne Water, East Gippsland Water and East Gippsland Catchment Management Authority.
